FRANCHISE WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR ACCOUNTS BEING CHARGED EVEN IF YOUR ACCCOUNT IS DEACTIVATED. All returning members are subjected to past due fees up to 6. Any new account created will be deactivated with NO REFUND and you will have to pay any balance due to activate your account. As a returning member all you need to do is log in and you will be routed to the payment page showing the amount owed as well as the payment options.
